You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@goncave.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
